So now I had to ship it back to them again and the date today is July 21 '16!!! I called Kiesel now, August 17th, to check on my status of the return shipment back to me because I got an email from Albert the tech guy saying that everything was fine to begin with July 29th, because I've been waiting 2 weeks now and no email with a shipment label. So anyway my guitar was denied a return and was "repaired" but when I received the guitar back from the repair THE SAME PROBLEMS WERE GOING ON! Like it was never even touched. And for some reason, a different rep (don't remember his name) originally put me on with the guitar tech (when I first called for the return) even after I said I wanted to return it and so there was this big miscommunication and my guitar got sent in for repairs (I personally think they will fight you tooth and nail if you decide to return your guitar FYI). This even went to Jeff (owner) and he agreed with Ricardo. He said that there is nothing he can do, that it says that on the website. Ricardo (customer service rep) informed me when I tried to return my guitar that it's too late because they didn't receive it within the 10 day period including the shipping time on my end.

I initally wanted to return it and remodel it, actually wanted to change the fret size and look of the logo. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send it back for a prompt refund or exchange - you would only be responsible for the shipping." I wanted to return the guitar because I felt the guitar was not in tip-top condition. It also reads "Your trial period starts when the merchandise is received by you, not when it's shipped, to really give it a workout.

So the Kiesel web site it says that you have a 10 day "Risk Free" trial period that if you are unhappy with your guitar you can return it. Not only that but the D string would buzz even though the action was adjusted correctly. So I agreed and placed the order anyway but I didn't receive it until April 23 '16!! So what that 3 weeks late? But anyway I finally got it and loved it at first until I started to notice that the high E string would slip off and "choke" while playing. 23 '16, I read on their website that It may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. Please hear me out, I'm not just another complainer! I originally placed my first and only order Jan. Please see ALL photos to view cosmetic condition.I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this guitar company. There are some very minor scuffs on the front of the headstock.
